Deep Healing Hands - Deep tissue massage to release muscle tension, sore and tight muscles.  Pressure is moderate to deep to help enhance circulation, relax muscle fiber and ease movement.                                                          

Reflexology                                                                                                           Ancient Oriental massage method is applied to pressure pint on the feet to improve circulation, release stress, ease pain and discomfort and increase relaxation and balance in the body.

Nurturing Pre-Natal - Gentle, nurturing massage for the mother-to-be to relieve stress on weight bearing joint and pormotes optimal health for 24+ weeks

Feel at Ease

If this is your first visit to the Spa for a massage following are the procedures:

• Please arrive 15 minutes before the appointment hour to prepare your record.
• You will be requested to fill the Massage Authorization form disclosing any conditions that you may have.
• The therapist will review the form, discuss with you any condition listed and will sign the form.
• Your massage therapist will then take you to a peaceful, spa-like treatment room where a comfortable massage table dressed with a warming blanket and crisp clean sheets awaits. A small shelf for your personal belongings is available.
• Your massage therapist will leave the room and wait outside while you disrobe to your level of comfort. Disposable underwear will be provided.
• You will lie on the massage table, under the top sheet. Your massage therapist will give you a few minutes for this process and will knock on the door to ask if you are ready before entering your room.
• You will always be draped with the top sheet during your massage session and an additional blanket is available at your request.
• Your massage therapist will only uncover the part of the body they are working on, ensuring that your modesty is respected at all times.

You can expect a tranquil and comfortable environment during your massage. There will be relaxing music playing, unless you request otherwise.
